Satisfaction Policy

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, missing items, or incorrect items. Please contact us at: (647)740-2855 to resolve the issue. Laptop-Repairs reserves the right to determine the validity of all claims made in regards to order satisfaction and order correctness. To avoid abuse of customer service guidelines we ask that issues and complaints be received within 4 hours of order placement so that we may accurately assess and correct issues.

Credits

To resolve any and all concerns a credit may be granted for a future order. Credits may not be converted to cash. All credits are time sensitive and must be redeemed within 30 days of the issue date or credits will become invalid.
